Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be sent out on Public Holidays and weekends. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent.

New Zealand
Standard Courier: $10 (Overnight for metro*)
Rural Courier: $14. NOTE: If you live rurally and don't select rural shipping your order will not be shipped. 

*We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Hunter and Beau do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please note that shipping charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
